THE PROCESS:

 

Initial Consultation:
Our designer will meet on site for 1-1½ hours to discuss the client's needs and obtain project specific information. There is a $100 fee consultation fee, payable at the end of the visit.

 

Design:
After the initial consultation, the client will be presented with a design agreement based on the project's needs.  A plan will then be presented as a tool for visualizing the concept. The plan will then be used as an initial framework for future revisions and design refinements, as needed, to achieve the final plan.  

 

Cost Proposal:
Once the final design is accepted by the client and both parties have decided to move forward into the next phase, Bon Terra Landscapes Inc. will produce a detailed cost estimate that will specify the scope of work and the associated costs.
